Description
The DEAP is a comprehensive, individually administered, Norm-Referencederencederencederenced battery designed to provide differential diagnoses of speech disorders. Five tests (2 screens, 3 assessments) comprise the assessment process, which begins with a screen. Results of the screen indicate if further testing is needed and, if so, which DEAP assessment to administer. The Articulation, Phonology, and Word Inconsistency Assessments then help differentiate between disorders of articulation; delayed phonological development and consisten phonological disrders; and inconsistent phonological disorders, respectively. The Oral Motor Screen may be administered to determine if an in-depth assessment of OM skills is warranted. Accepted test for Medicaid. 3-8’11 years Norm-Referenced Dodd, Hua, Crosbie, Holm, Ozanne Pearson
